If you’re caught cheating on your spouse in Michigan, you’re technically committing felony in the eyes of the law. According to the state law, the offence is deemed a first-degree sexual crime, punishable by up to life in jail. Interpreting the law literally according to statutory language means that a person who engages in sexual penetration in an adulterous relationship is guilty of the crime.

So cheating husbands and wives out there, beware! Fortunately, no one has yet been convicted of the offence since 1971…

Julie Amero, a 40-year-old substitute teacher in Norwich, Connecticut, is facing up to 40 years in prison for exposing children to internet pornography. She has been convicted of impairing the morals of a child and risking injury to a minor by exposing as many as ten seventh-grade students to porn sites.

The incident happened in October 19, 2004. Amero was a substitute teacher for a seventh-grade language class at Kelly Middle School. A few students were crowded around a PC; some were giggling. She investigated and saw the kids looking at a barrage of graphic, hard-core pornographic pop-ups.

The prosecution contended that Amero had used the computer to visit porn sites. However, the defense said that wasn’t true and argued that the machine was infested with spyware and malware, and that opening the browser caused the computer to go into an endless loop of pop-ups leading to porn sites. Amero’s lawyer argued that the teacher hit a hair-styling website, resulting in spyware infection, which in turn “led to this pornographic loop that was out of control.”

The heartless woman, Cynthia Sommer, wanted a more luxurious lifestyle and she couldn’t enjoy the lifestyle that she had with her husband’s US$1,700 salary. After the payment of the insurance policy, the 33-year-old woman enjoyed herself in wild parties and had casual sex with multiple partners.

Gigi Lai is a Hong Kong actress under contract to the TVB television channel. Gigi is very well known for her beautiful image and her love of beauty, the Hong Kong media has dubbed her the nickname “Goddess of Beauty.” (爱美神).

She very famoust with Hong Kong series of “War And Beauty” recently. Gigi’s character, Yuk Ying in the TVB serial War and Beauty, was very outstanding. Former catwalk model turned TV personality Tyra Banks was hurt by the claims that she had gained 50 pounds in two months. Pretty Tyra Banks has spoken out at the critics who called her fat after pictures of her on the beach appeared in magazines under headings such as ‘Tyra Pork Chops’, ‘America’s Next Top Waddle’& (RWD personal favourite)‘Thigh-ra Banks’.

Banks has always been willing to talk frankly about weight. She currently weighs 161 pounds, 30 pounds more than she did as a supermodel in the 1990s, when supermodels were already several sizes bigger than they are today. Banks Said “I’m not worried about my weight at all… I know what I look like…. I’m 161 (pounds) and I feel fine and wonderful.”
