In a mouth-watering claim sure to make many chew the fat, a Japanese doctor tells that eating chocolate can help you lose weight.
“Chocolate lovers can still enjoy the tastes they like and lose weight while doing so,” Hiroshige Itakura, an Ibaraki Christian University professor specializing in “lifestyle diseases,” like hypertension and hardening of the arteries.
But, just as anything healthy to eat almost certainly tastes terrible, there’s also a catch to Itakura’s assertion. He says that chocolate’s weight loss benefits can only be obtained under strict conditions.
The chocolate being eaten has to have cacao content of at least 70 percent, no more than 50 grams a day can be consumed and it should be broken up and eaten during or before each of the three meals. Following these guidelines for a month could lead to a loss of 2 to 3 kilograms.

Special Memorial Concert For Xu Wei Lun
Celebrity News, Interesting Stuff, Wonderful Things 1 Comment »Xu Wei Lun finally fulfilled her wish to have her last concert. The concert was successfully holding but with tears and smiles. Her parents, brother, boy friend Xiao Pai and all her best friends are all there sitting in the front row crying like no tomorrow. This concert was a nice ending for Wei Lun on her 28 year old. From the concert, you can see that her family was still in much pain.
When the first song sang for Xu Wei Lun “Unconditionally For You”, all start cry sadly. Wei Lun brother Xu Zi Wei holding his sister’s portrait crying very hard too. “Sunlight”, “Good Eyes Bad Eyes”, and “Big Man Principle” are 3 of the nice song in the concert.

He raped his 15-year–old stepdaughter on three occasions last year, leading to the stepdaughter being five months pregnant now. Nominations for the 49th Annual GRAMMY Awards were announced by The Recording Academy, reflecting a year in which multiple genres were represented in top categories, new up-and-comers were nominated alongside established artists and a diverse array of producers and other creative professionals garnered multiple nominations. The 49th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be held on “GRAMMY Sunday,” Feb. 11, at Staples Center in Los Angeles .
The press event was held at The Music Box @ Fonda in Hollywood and was attended by national and international media, as well as key music industry executives. Artists reading nominations this morning included Mary J. Blige, James Blunt, Chris Brown, Evanescence’s Amy Lee, Ludacris, Corinne Bailey Rae, Rascal Flatts, Justin Timberlake and KT Tunstall.
