Miss Grand Slam 2007 is the winner in all rounds of the five main international pageants in 2007, namely Miss Tourism Queen International, Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss International and Miss Earth.

Miss Korea Universe, Honey Lee, who was the 3rd runner-up in 2007 Miss Universe pageant, won the most votes from fifteen judges of Miss Grand Slam 2007.

Miss Dominican Republic World, Ada Cruz, is the 1st runner-up of Miss Grand Slam 2007.

Miss Venezuela Universe, Ly Jonaitis, who is also the Sexiest Woman Alive by Global Beauties, is the 2nd runner-up.
