Aqua power system Japan is developing the fuel cell of the next generation by making use the concept of liquid medium electric battery. This liquid medium can be water, brine or even urine which act as a catalyst for the battery to recharge each time and every time.

The new technology is that a liquid can react with a mixture of magnesium and carbon to produce in a standard 1.5V AA battery for about 90 minutes or up to 500 milliamp-hours (mAh) of life.

Why Urine?

This is because a drop of urine which contains ions electrically charged atoms can cause a chemical reaction takes place to produce electricity.

So in future, just pee on the battery whenever there is a need for charge of electricity. Remember what a pee in the pant!
