Nicole Richie was checked into her jail cell at 3:15pm on August 23, 2007 and realesed at 4:37pm on the same day, served only 82 minutes in jail under the charge of DUI. She was checked into the Lynwood Jail, same jail with her co-star Paris Hilton. She is too lucky if compared to Paris Hilton who served 23 days there.

Nicole Richie is pregnant now and expecting her first child with Joel Madden. But this is not the reason why Nicole Richie was released after 82 minutes. So what is the reason behind?

The Britain singer Amy Winehouse was fighting with her husband Blake Fielder-Civil. The couple are both scratched and bruised after the fight. Amy Winehouse has wounds near her eyebrow and purple bruises on her neck. Her pink ballet shoes and jeans have stain of blood. Blake Fielder-Civil has deep bleeding scratches and cuts on his face and neck.

Blake Fielder-Civil was seen chasing and yelling Amy Winehouse, and she was screaming and ran around the streets of London at 3.30am with wounds and blood all over their cloths.

Taiwan S.H.E. member Ella Chen was voted Taiwan’s most beautiful lady in a recent poll by a local paper, beating Taiwan top supermodel Lin Zhi Ling who was known as most beautiful lady in Taiwan all the time. So, is Ella the most beautiful lady in Taiwan now? The other two members of S.H.E. Selina and Hebe are pretty also but both of them not even in the list.

This is a good news for the pop singer Madonna because she was top in a new list of “Bad Girls Gone Good” compiled by In Touch magazine. The impression of this singer-actress to many people was “bad girl”, based on her image, her attitude and even her performance. But now, she is categorized as “good girl”, at least many people said she looks better now.

US pop singer Gwen Stefani compromised with Malaysia’s culture and kept her promise to perform as a “good girl” with no sexy costume in her concert in Malaysia. She disappointed many Malaysians who were expected her sexy look during her performance. However, her performance in the concert still managed to wowed many conservative Malaysians.

Gwen Stefani covered her tight-fitting tops in jackets, and sported leotards under her dresses and mini-skirts during the two-hour Kuala Lumpur leg of her “Sweet Escape” tour.

“I am practically Malaysian,” Stefani told 10,000 screaming fans. “I just want you to know I am very inspired tonight,” she said. “You are a very, very amazing audience.” She waved a miniature Malaysian flag, and said “Terima Kasih” means thank you in Malaysia language. Malaysia’s Independent Day is on August 31.

Early this month, Union of Malaysian Muslim Students protested her concert and said her skin-baring act could erode Islamic values.

A woman Paige Belser was standing beside a pickup truck talking to friends a week ago, a dog in the truck suddenly jumped at her and bit her thumb. She was shocked and screamed; she then ran indoors to ask for first aid for her injury thumb. When she returned to the scene of the incident, the truck and the dog had left.

Paige Belser is missing the tip of her thumb now. She and other agencies are looking for the dog that took it and its owner.
