Nicole Richie was checked into her jail cell at 3:15pm on August 23, 2007 and realesed at 4:37pm on the same day, served only 82 minutes in jail under the charge of DUI. She was checked into the Lynwood Jail, same jail with her co-star Paris Hilton. She is too lucky if compared to Paris Hilton who served 23 days there.
Nicole Richie is pregnant now and expecting her first child with Joel Madden. But this is not the reason why Nicole Richie was released after 82 minutes. So what is the reason behind?
The reason is – the jail is overcrowding at the moment.
